    Get that heart rate up.

Designed to complement the Stages Cycling Dash bike computer, the Dash HR Strap features both Bluetooth and ANT+ 2.4Ghz to ensure clear transmission of your heart rate during a ride. This sensor has a range of 30bpm to 230bpm and runs for 900 hours on a single CR2032 coin cell battery for months of hard use, and its housing is submersible to 30 meters in case you get caught in a passing rain storm. Plus, the polymer electrodes are integrated into the elastic strap for minimal bulk and comfortable wearing.

    • Low-bulk heart rate monitor for your most demanding rides
    • Bluetooth and ANT+ 2.4Ghz radios ensure transmission
    • Elastic strap provides snug, comfy fit
    • Submersible up to 30 meters for reliable use in the elements
    • Item #SGC000B

Stiffer front of strap, doesnt work

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The first thing I noticed about this strap was how the front fabric attached to the electrodes was a bit stiffer. Once I was out riding I didn't notice much, but it is there; I may end up just getting the softer Garmin strap.

Errrr, second update: Went out for maybe my 10th-15th ride with this strap and it just does not work. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the sensor as well as trying a new battery. Save your money and time and buy a Garmin strap that will work for years. I've seriously owned more of these straps than I can count and not a single one has ever done this on me, much less this early on in the process.
