All the cool kids are doing it.

SRAM's excellent new Guide brakes ushered in an all-new rotor design as they stepped onto the scene, and it's not just a new machining pattern. It's called the SRAM Centerline Rotor, and it relies on a new profile to keep the braking track straight and to better control cooling.

The name "Centerline" is derived from a series of elongated vents positioned directly in the braking track. The new design also incorporates a 12-spoke design, which is bumped up from the six-spokes of SRAM's existing models. This new profile was designed to control the rotor's warping and other lateral distortion that can occur when heated, in addition to aiding in overall cooling. The result is minimal vibration through a consistent center of friction, thus ensuring braking is predictable, quiet, and smooth.

    Stop.

With these rotors, you will be able to stop. you will not fly uncontrollably into a tree and end up in the hospital. But really, Super easy installation, and great stopping power. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

      Stop Fast

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The 200mm diameter gives plenty of surface area for fast confident stopping. Little to no noise and no vibration. If you are riding a big travel bike with Sram brakes go for the big rotor!

      Great Rotor

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Centerline is a benchmark in SRAM's lineup. I needed a couple of 140mm six bolt rotors for a gravel bike and these are fantastic. No complaints when new, but have a weird vibration when they are worn out.

      Centerline punch it.

Don't go around that rock garden that keeps scaring you. just keep speed and roll right down the middle of it. Don't worry. you will able to slow down on the other side.

      Great Rotor

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I was having issues with my Shimano brake system squealing. Found out i needed to replace the entire system due to spraying oil from behind the piston. I can finally ride my bike and not be heard miles away. Love these brakes.

      Great rotor

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've paired these rotors with a set of Guide RS brakes and I'm impressed with the braking performance. Standard 6 bolt attachment is easy to install. Rotors have stayed true and handle aggressive braking on steep challenging trail.

      Great rotors for the price.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Simple, lightweight rotors. I have used these on several bikes, they have never given me grief. The stay true and seem to last pretty long if you keep your pads healthy.

      They'll slow you down

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I needed some 6-bolt rotors in a hurry, and these fit the bill. They are better designed than the previous Avid rotor and they don't gobble like a turkey after a few rides.
I have used them in the 180 version for a few rides now and I am pleased with how they perform with my Shimano SLX calipers.
I did notice they heat up a bit more than the Shimano Ice Tech, but they will do the trick in the mean time.

      STOP

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

That's what these do. Way better than the old HSX rotors, these paired with my Guide RSC's in 200/180 really slow me down where it needs to happen, with no squeal.
