Seems to be a Qulaity Piece

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

In the photo, the garment appears to be 3/4 length legs for skiing. The item I received had a full leg. I will be returning to Steep and Cheap and would like to have the $6.99 refund shipping fee waived please.
