- Q & A
Not durable at all.
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: Runs small
Very disappointed in this product, my son wore it once skiing - he had a fall (nothing crazy) which resulted in a tear across the backside of the jacket. Not durable at all for a children's ski jacket. My boys have had other spyder ski jackets that have lasted for years - this lasted one outing.
Tremendous warmth & versatility
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs small
9y.o. loves this jacket...but runs small versus other brands "equivalent" sizing. He's 140cm, should have gone the L(14), not the M (12).
Pockets are great, plenty of them, most importantly sleeve stash for lift pass, chest pocket for "hot chocolate" money and 550 down warmth means that on most days, its a base layer, plus mid layer and he's as warm as toast!...xt.L and DWR is holding up well after 30 days in Japan powder, with no signs of wear or heat lost through dampening.
