Built with the weight and packability of a light wind vest, the Sportful Women's Fiandre Light Norain Top adds wind protection over the shoulders and upper arms, along with protection from light rain thanks to the NoRain Light fabric. A three-layer WindShield design on the front, shoulders, and upper arms is totally windproof (as its name might suggest) to keep you comfortable on high-speed descents, while the NoRain Light adds water-repellency should you get caught in a passing storm. Its form-fitting design keeps you moving fast with minimal wind-resistance, and the zippered openings for your pockets ensure that all of your essentials travel along in secure fashion. Plus, the reflective heat-transfer strip give a touch of extra visibility for rides in low-light conditions.

Triangle Fit
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- XXL
- Height:
- 5' 5"
- Weight:
- 180
The fabric seemed perfect for some late fall riding, but it fell short on fit for my frame, so it had to go back. I am roughly a womens 14 in the shoulders and 16 in the hips; I ordered the XXL. It was extra roomy in the shoulders, but tapered beyond a slim fit through the waist and hips. I expect a lot of apparel to be "slim" through the hips, but in this case, with the extra room in the shoulders, I would say it's best made for a triangle fit with the slim side on the bottom (vs an all around straight fit). Now that I think about it... it was like trying to wear a men's t-shirt on a curvy frame. So, if that is your need, this may work for you. My other impression was that this piece was trying too hard in the panel and articulation department, but since I didn't actually use it on the bike, I would take that with a small grain of salt. I'm sure it was built to one specific fit model, and that person is the far opposite end of the spectrum for me. For the fit, I will say it "runs small" for a XXL on account of it not fitting through the hips (though technically it runs big in the shoulders).
