Bora Hansgrohe Bodyfit Team Jersey
Not all of us have pro contracts or the ability to race at a world championship level, but that doesn't have to stop you from looking the part. Sportful gives us all the opportunity to look like a Bora-Hansgrohe team rider or go full rainbow jersey livery ala Three-Pete Sagan, with the Bora Hansgrohe Bodyfit Team Jersey. This jersey shares much with its Pro line with some features making it more adaptable for everyday training.
Sportful cuts this jersey with a slightly more forgiving fit for a little more comfort. Most racing cut jerseys are great when you're in an aggressive riding position but off the bike, it's a little tight across the chest and is short at the front. With the regular fit here, you'll be a lot more comfortable while you sip espresso at the requisite coffee shop stop.
The jersey is constructed from its stretchy DryPro material providing excellent wicking and moisture management. Additionally, its feel is soft against the skin and aerodynamically optimized to help you go faster. The fabric is highly breathable but if you're hitting extended climbs in the heat, the full-length YKK Vislon zipper is an easy way to dump the heat. At the top of that zipper, a close-fitting standup collar further reduces drag while improving comfort by preventing irritation and friction.
On the rear of the jersey, the back panel is longer for additional coverage and on the underside, an elastic silicone gripper at the hem keeps the jersey in place. The 3 rear pockets offer ample storage for toting food, tubes, and extra gear as you embark on your favorite ride.

I fit well into most athletic brands' size L, sometimes XL. Knowing European cycling brands run small, I purchased both a 2XL and a 3XL. On me and in the riding position, the 3XL accommodated my shoulders and upper arms well, but the torso was way large. The 2XL was tight-ish on the shoulders/arms, and the torso was still a little puffy. Now I am no ripped body builder, not crazy athletic, but I do work out. And I just found that this "club cut" jersey had a little too much fabric in the tummy area. Might be a better fit for a more recreational cyclist. So yes... "Runs Small" like European cycling kit does. But proportions-wise, "Runs Large" in the stomach area. I found that the 3XL in the Evo model of this jersey (race cut actually worn by the pros) fit my proportions the best. Candidly, I was surprised by this finding, because as I said, I am anything but a pro cyclist. I just got an appropriately sized-up Evo, and the proportions worked.

Good looking, fits really well, has an excellent zipper, unlike some other manufacturers products that have sticky zippers. Keep in mind that Sportful jerseys run small - I normally wear an XL but had to send the first one back for an XXL.
