Specialized Speedzone ll
So far it is just a 2, because a 1 means I hate it. I do not like it for the same reason most of you that have rated it either a 1 or 2 have stated. Can not set it up directions SUCK! However I have talked to Competitive Cyclist on the phone, Talked to Conner for quite some time 1-2 hours. We both could not figure it out. He's in his teen's I'm 67, NO COMMUNICATION PROBLEM AT ALL! He is going to try to contact Specialize about the problem. From looking at all the sites and there reviews of this product - either people did it and love it or they are like me trying to set it up - NO LUCK. So I am giving Competitive Cyclist a 5 for having Conner on the payroll, and a 5 to Conner for his effort so far. The problem is with Specialize THEY NEED TO WRITE THE DIRECTIONS THAT MAKE SENCE. Such as the left button does ? the right button does ? then directions like 1) push ( which button/ or combination of buttons and for how long for each or both etc.) and this will happen - then 2) now do this. 3-4 etc. The pictures w/red & blue arrows going in both direction is FRICKING STUPID. Thank for your effort Conner and hope we win! Maybe Specialize will give you info and you can make a lot of people happy. That will show the Competitive Cyclist people care; which is way more important than price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help to straighten out "SPECIALIZED" can not believe they sell this possible good-great product with a 1/3 or better rating it crap cause of ignorant directions! If he can't I will send it back a NEVER buy another Specialized product. But Competitive Cyclist will be my go to supplier. Well I'm back and had to change it to a 1, Never got my call back on Monday from Customer Service! And today is Wednesday. Apparently I was mistaken about: Specialized - product maker, Competitive Cyclist-the seller, And Conner- my customer service Rep. But i did get it to work! It came with a dead battery - the 2032 in the computer. The directions STILL SUCK, But after 3 hours I figured it out. I will go on line on a video of it - if it's possible to give ya how it's done. When you see how it's done you will realize how absolutely Terrible the Cartoon picture directions are!!! - almost nothing in writing, except every other language on the planet but ENGLISH. Once you figure it out - PLEASE DO NOT TRY IT WITH A HAMMER ANYWHERE NEAR YOU - works OK. Competitive Cyclist or Specialized you OWE ME a PACKAGE OF TWO 2032 Batteries! Once I get them I may come to the site again. VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!!! Customer no. 113350064 Jerry Horn
