Way too small

Went by the size chart and ordered a large. I’m usually a medium or large. Jersey is so small the zipper won’t stay closed. As usual Specialized size chart is way off. The large is like an x-small. ***Update Went up a size and it’s perfect. Very nice looking jersey. I’m considering buying another one.
