I bought these from Specialized before Competitive Cyclist started carrying them. Mine are in the obnoxious neon hi-viz yellow, because I ride in and around NYC. As cycling gloves, they're fantastic. Comfortable, breathable, the extra-thick gel padding makes them amazing to ride in. I cannot stress how much I love the pair when riding either my turbo trainer or in relatively protected environments. From comfort perspective, these are my favourite pair of gloves. However, the gloves have 2 significant flaws compared to my Pearl Izumi and Bontrager gloves I also own. First, they do not appear to have retroreflective portions. That means my hand signals to drivers are less visible to them when they need to have their lights on. It might not matter for all you morning people, but for us bicycle commuters, it's a big deal. Second, I've had my pair for about 10 months. I ride with them every weekend (since they're not my commute gloves due to the issues above), and on my turbos, so I've ridden with them maybe 100 times. The velcro strap that closes them have delaminated, so now they have a two-piece design -- an annoying top part that flaps around, and the actual velcro part that keeps them closed. I would still recommend them, but with keeping in mind these appear to be single-season items and not multi-season items.
