They're quite possibly the best part of winter.

When bone-chilling temperatures, mornings spent scraping ice off your car, and hairy ice-covered roads are here, pull on the ultra-cute Sorel Women's Tivoli High II Boots. Their sleek and stylish silhouette are a beacon of joy in a cold winter landscape. Thanks to their 100g insulation and plush fleece lining, your feet will stay warm when you're navigating slippery sidewalks so you can stop, take a few photos, and enjoy the white wonderland. I'll give them another shot..

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 9

I got my normal size 9. They seemed to fit at first but I soon realized they were a tad too short because they'd make my big toes ache after long treks. It seems the tighter you lace them the further your feet get pushed forward inside the boot. A loose lace up to go to the store was fine but tighter cinches for my hikes left my big toes hurting. I suggest going up 1/2 size to be safe. My biggest gripe was the leaking. It's tough to blame the boots though, as I'm not sure if they just outright leak or if the little strain my toes might have put on the front seam caused it. All I do know is that I spent few winter weeks in PA with these boots. They saw snow, slush, and temps down to -18 with a wind chill. Here's how that went: When dry these kept my feet SUPER toasty. When letting in water however, I was better off barefoot. Literally had to take these and my socks off to check my toes for frost bite at one point. Given my uncertainty of the leak cause, I decided to get another pair in 9.5 since I'm moving to Chicago in December. The warmth they provide in subzero temps when they are dry inside definitely makes them worth another shot.

Hi Jessica! Just wondering if you've had a chance to try the bigger size? If so, have you experienced any leaking? The boots look great and the warmth factor is a must, but if they let water in, that could be a deal breaker. I hate wet feet! Thanks for the feedback.

    Cute boots, but inaccurate color

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I bought the Madder Brown boots, but was surprised when I got them that they're more of a dark red, merlot color with a bright red trim. I returned them because I expected them to be more brown.

    Love My Sorels

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

These Sorels are warm, comfy and cute! I've tromped through the snow with them and they kept me dry and warm. They are definitely great out-and-about boots that will keep you warm during cold winters. And they're comfortable enough to keep on all day. I'm a big fan of Sorels in general and I'm glad I added these to my collection!

    Best snow boots ever

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

Last month I bought a black pair of Sorel Tivoli High II Boot. I live in Montana where the winter weather is very cold and snowy. I am a teacher, so I spend lots of time playing outside with little kids. Also, I like to go snowshoeing with my boyfriend over the weekend. I definitely need boots that keep my feet warm and dry. My new Sorel are perfect for my job and outdoor activities. I have used them several times. My feet never got cold or wet. The boots fit me well and never made my feet hurt.

    Best snow boots ever

    New Boots!

I just got these boots today from my husband and I absolutely love them already. Not only are they very warm they are super cute! I would recommend these boots for any women that wants comfort and stylish warm boots!

Great Boots Run a little Snug

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: 7

The boots are cute and I like that they are a little more fashionable than your run of the mill snow boots, but I ordered a 7 (my normal size) and wish I would have ordered one half size up. They do fit fine as long as I am not wearing thick socks. Since I am not using this pair for serious snow time I am okay with it, but depending on your use I would recommend a half size up.

      Slim profile

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: True to size

I haven't tested these boots outside yet - as I am waiting for the snow, but I have some initial impressions from trying them on and breaking them in a bit. These boots are much slimmer looking than the average Sorel winter boot (especially when compared to the Sorel Joan Of Arctic Knit Boot which runs really big and while very cute is also bulkier).

I plan to use them as both fashionable boots that I can wear at work this winter as well as for tromping around in the snow with my dog and these are great for both since they aren't big and bulky.

Be aware that the first time you try these on it may be very hard to get your heel inside (I almost gave up on them before finally pushing my foot all the way down), but once you wear them a few times to break them in they start to slide on and off more easily.

I have been wearing mine around the house to prepare for winter and they are so comfortable I had them on for 3 hours and totally forgot they were on my feet (it was cold in the house so don't take this to mean they aren't warm - and I usually have slipper on in the house so warmth wasn't a factor here)

I will try to update my review once I have some time to use these in the snow
