Joan in vogue.
Long gone are those summer days when your wardrobe staples consisted of silk tops, festive shorts, and comfortable ballet flats. Now that winter has come and insists on staying for as long as possible, it's time to don the Sorel Women's Joan of Arctic Parka. Modeled after the iconic design of the Joan of Arctic Boots, the Joan of Arctic Parka has a spry yet demure design that regal, refined and incredibly pragmatic. Crafted with a durable, waterproof exterior, this parka has a lean silhouette that flatters rather than fluffs while the premium, 800-fill goose down provides furnace-like fervor on the coldest of days. The dramatic waist drawcord, dual entry hand pockets, and coyote fur trim evoke a polished finish that's reminiscent of royalty.

My new favorite coat. This coat is absolutely amazing. Sorel truly took into account every detail which makes this coat stunning. I love the details and the weight on this coat.
Waterproof, heavy, well-constructed, warm, gorgeous details, and a feminine fit. This coat has it all. I will have this coat for many years to come, and I imagine it will hold up very well. The length of the coat grazes the top of my knee so your legs will keep toasty warm. I am a little late in the season buying it but I can't wait to test this coat next Winter during football games.
That's a great parka, power fill down, all details are perfect!
The gearheads are soooooo friendly ,nice and patient, 5 stars services! I'll buy things from them again!

How long is the coat in inches? For M size, where does coat end -- at knees, above knees, below knees? I'm 5'7" and weight 125 lbs.
The center back length of a size S or M is about 37.5" (have a friend measure from the base of the back of your neck). I'm guessing it would probably hit you right around the knee or slightly higher. Hope this helps!
