TERRIBLE QUALITY

I bought this product 6 months ago and the bottom sole has completely fallen apart and off. They are supposed to be waterproof, within seconds of walking in rain my feet get wet. When inquiring about my boots warranty I was told there was nothing the customer care team could do as the boots were manufactured over a year ago and I have misplaced my receipt. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would not recommend purchasing these boots, instead shop with LL Bean.

Poor sole quality - very disappointed

I wore these last winter in upstate NY, probably around 3 months total of semi-daily wear, and at the beginning of this winter both boots' soles are splitting above the big toe. These boots are no longer available to warranty as they are over a year old, but since they're winter boots they have had way less than one year of wear. This will be my last pair of Sorel boots - I did not expect such poor quality from such a well-known brand!

These boots are not waterproof. If you buy these expecting to keep your feet dry, you will be disappointed.

I purchased my first pair and returned them because my socks were wet when walking in the morning dew. Again the second pair has the same issue. Wet socks from walking in the morning dew.

These are the worst boots I’ve ever owned. They are not waterproof. My feet get wet instantly. Please do not buy these.

Horrible Fit

This is not my first pair of Sorels, but the fit on these is so ridiculous it makes you wonder if anyone with normal feet tried them on. These boots push so hard downward on my foot that it was an immediate return of the item. And length wise, the fit was normal, so it's not something I could fix with a larger size.

It took a little to break it in, but once I did I really enjoyed how warm and solid these boots are.

Not waterproof

I am a senior with high A1C and need to walk every day, rain, snow or shine. I bought these because because they were advertised as being waterproof. Walked a mile in moderate rain during the first week I had them and my feet got extremely wet and cold. Too bad. They fit well, were kind of comfortable and light enough to take longs walks. I would not recommend to somebody looking to keep their feet dry.

Colors aren’t even close

I bought the “Elk” color that looks like a light tan. When they arrived, it was a dark brown. Not even close to what I ordered. I need these in the Chicago cold so I can’t return for a different color. Stuck with very expensive boots that I don’t want

If there is snow on the ground, these are on my feet. There is a plush lining inside that is equivalent to putting your feet into your favorite fleece jacket. I wear these for everything from ski resort parking lots to snow filled dog parks. Plus, they look great. Two thumbs up from me.
