Sorels: the best snow boots!

I recently replaced my 35 year old Sorel snow boots with these new slip on style. After a few wears, they are easy to take on and off. They are much lighter than the traditional boot. They grip snow and ice wonderfully, and they are warm and comfortable

Great boot
Exactly what I was looking for! I walk 6ish miles per day with the dog on a snow packed road. The boots are warm, comfortable and have great traction. I was concerned with negative reviews that they are hard to put on. Although they are hard to PULL on, if you STEP into them, they are totally fine. This is by design. Once your feet are in them they fit perfectly with no heel slip.

OK for some people but not for me
Boot was tight to put on and heavy. Looks sleek in pictures but did not feel sleek on my feet.

almost perfect
The boot is very good and durable. The only thing that could be improved is from the logo up it is not insulated like the rest of the boot is. As a result if you wear ankle socks you get chaffing just above the ankle. I have to wear longer socks to avoid this.

Don’t Size Down
I went down half a size based on other reviews. It was a bad idea. They were far too tight. I’m returning for a larger size.

I thought these boots would be great, I was very disappointed and now I have to send them back and I owned SOREL before and they were the best, but not these boots
Too small, they hurt when I try to get them on and that is a size 12

Great boots / crossing fingers :)
Love them, just hope they hold up a bit better than the last pair that kinda sorta fell apart earlier than expected
