Solid jeans with a few unique quirks

I've put it through the wringer

Just to start off, I'm going to give these jeans a five-star rating because they are well made, durable, and most importantly for me, fit me quite well. Regarding the jean construction and features: I believe the design of these is intended to be bike-centric, but I wear them pretty much every day for normal life, which includes commuting around the city quite a bit. I find they are flexible enough for normal needs (not sure I would take them rock climbing, but they'd probably be fine with that too), and the crotch design definitely allows enough movement for biking or hiking. There are a few other reflective accents on the jeans which I think are a nice touch, but perhaps the location of some of these on the rear pockets is a bit odd (could be a bit cleaner looking if the pocket seams/stitching was used for the reflective pieces). The reflective seams on the inside of the jean which show when rolled look cleaner in my opinion. The rear zippered pocket is a nice idea, but I find in reality it makes it harder to put my wallet in and get it out, and the jeans are slightly water-resistant perhaps, but definitely not watertight, so perhaps this is mainly for theft resistance or not dropping your things while riding? The color seems to be holding up pretty well after a few months, though I'm also getting some nice fade marks near my pockets and a few folds. Regarding fit: These seem to have a rise high rise in both the front and the rear, but also have plenty of room in the groin area. Most durable jeans seem to be super restrictive down there when sitting for me, which drives me crazy. As a background, I like the idea and look of raw denim, and have tried a few slim-cut pairs of them in the past, but also end up having discomfort when sitting, and sometimes even when standing in them. These still seem a bit on the solid side, but have flex to them, and I haven't washed these other than spot cleaned, but they seem to be holding shape and color well also. For reference, I'm 6'2" 165 lbs, with a skinny yet slightly wide waist at 33.5" actual width (meaning I'm normally 32" vanity sizing, which is what I ordered for these) with a 34" or so inseam (ordered the 34" here and sometimes wear them with a slight single fold, partially to show the reflective piping, partially to not ruin my shoes with the blue dye. FWIW, I bought another pair and have them in my closet for when my first pair wears out, but might buy another pair while I'm at it as I have a tough time finding jeans. If they made more colors or a more water-resistant pair I'd definitely pick those up.
