A small board with big potential.

The So Ill Holds Mini Palm Training Board is the Iron Palm's little brother for climbers who want to train on So Ill's most popular board but don't have enough room for it. Built out of ultra-bomber urethane, this board lets you crank on two slopers, challenge your thumbs with two pinches, or build your finger strength on various edges. This board comes with all the hardware you need to quickly screw it on your wall and get training.

Company does not ship as promised

back country offered free 2 day express shipping. I ordered thursday and didn't receive it until 4 (business) days later.
Other than the company not shipping as stated, the hold is great and my daughter loves it!

      Pretty Good

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Probably my reason in buying this product is because I am weak on sloppers and found that using it helped a lot. It is perfect for holding on and great holds for different sizes for pinches. The only issue is that the finger holds are pretty small. I eventually built up my strength to use them. I wish there were deeper just in case for moderate climbers. I still like this product either way and will continue to use it.

I read that this board come pre-attached to a backboard. Is this true or will I have to attach it to a wood board as well?

I don't believe that is correct. This hangboard will come with the screw hardware you need to attach it to your wall but I would definitely recommend buying a backboard of some sort (plywood works) and then mounting that first before you mount directly to your wall.
