WHEN YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED IT TO STAY DOWN

Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

These stakes are the bomb when you need to stake something down and have no question about it coming loose. Works great with a 2-4 lb sledge hammer in rocky terrain. I have used these in boulder cracks when no other anchoring was possible. It is possible to bend these, but you have to really work at it. I regularly use these for securing a 25' radio antenna on top of hills/mountains/etc. If you need a cheap but strong alternative, you can buy 12" long 3/8" diameter galvanized nails at Home Depot for around 60 cents a piece. Those are perfect for nailing down pop-up tents, and it won't be annoying when you lose one.

    The only stakes you need

Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

These guys are extremely durable. These stakes not only punched into the ground with little effort, they are the easily removable. Nail 'em with anything and they wont bend or break. Put your order in now!

Get at least one of these. Oh, get more.

    Familiarity:I've used it several times

Two reasons: 1) they'll go in where nothing else you have used will. 2) If you can come up with a more satisfying thing to do camping than pounding in one of these, a. Do it and b. Post it here! ;-)
