Neat Design But Very Small

First thing you need to understand is that this smoker is very small, so you will be able to smoke 12 chicken wings, 8 thighs, 4 fish filets etc. With that in mind the performance of the smoke is really good and it makes very flavorful food. It is extremely stingy with the fuel and can smoke most things with one chunk of wood and a couple charcoal briquettes. It is highly portable and would make a great smoker at a campsite, especially to smoke some fish that you caught or smoke something as part of a meal or appetizers. Overall I think it is well made (it is Snow Peak) and does its job well, just understand the size. I have attached a video from Dickin' Around Outdoors where it is used and reviewed. There are two but this one is the initial thoughts video.
