A Great Griddle For Camping

Familiarity:: I've used it several times

If you have the large Snow Peak Pack and Carry with the Grill Bridge this is a fantastic addition to the kit. It is a bit on the heavy side being made from carbon steel but as long as you don't but too much heat on it (like anything) it cooks like a dream and stuff doesn't stick at all. Onc caveat is that it needs to be headed evenly, carbon steel can warp if it gets too hot and creates hot spots, so this is not a griddle to be used on a home.
