A versatile cooking surface, the Grill Plate Half Deep Depth is a durable iron unit that can be used to cook meat, fish, or vegetables. Use the Grill Plate Half Deep Depth within the Takibi Fire & Grill or the Double BBQ Box for modular cooking surface solutions.

Prior to use, heat the plate until smoke is visible to set the coating in place. After use, wash with a mild detergent and dry with a paper towel.

A Great Cooking Surface

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This carbon steel pan is a great size for two people and is built with the expected Snow Peak quality. It can be used with the large grill bridge as well as the new Takibi Solo and, of course, on any stove or grill you might have. As it is carbon steel you will need to burn off the coating and then season and care for it like any other carbon, but it is really very well season from the get go. I talk about them in a recent Youtube review attached so you can see the size and see it being cooked on.
