Smith's unique take on the timeless aviator just got an upgrade to create the Serpico 2 ChromaPop Polarized Sunglasses. They still feature the same signature 9x3 toric lenses for enhanced coverage without looking too sporty, but have been given the boost of polarized ChromaPop lenses.
ChromaPop technology delivers crisper, more vivid views of the world around you, and polarized lenses eliminate glare from reflective surfaces so you can see better on open water, snow-covered mountains, and rain-slicked streets alike. Besides offering enhanced optics, the new version of the Serpico also features an improved temple design and tailor fit adjustable nosepads for a comfier, more secure fit.

high quality lens, frames seem

Smith has always been my
Smith has always been my number 1 choice for eye wear. Either sunny days on the beach or powder filled days on the mountains Smith always has an option for you. Best comfort, style and protection.

Love the look; could be more comfortable
I love the look of these sunglasses and the view through them is (no surprise for Smith) crisp and clear. Unfortunately, the comfort is not as good as one expects of Smith. As others have mentioned, there is no adjustment to the nose pieces and for me they make the glasses rest too close to my face and cause impressions and discomfort. Additionally, the ear pieces are straight, not curved, which is not what is pictured in the photos. While these straight earpieces are more comfortable than most, I prefer a curved earpiece. I still wear the glasses, but find them uncomfortable when I wear them for extended periods.

My favorite sunglasses
I owned the Serpico 1 and loved them. Once I wore those out I purchased the Serpico 2 and they are of the same quality. I have been wearing Smith sunglasses for years due to their quality and style.
