Color is not accurate, but great glasses
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Crystal Mediterranean is marketing speak for Navy Blue, or Dark Slate Blue. They appear nearly green in the photo and look nothing like this in real life. However, I'm keeping them because there is no green color to swap with them for and they work very well for mountain biking -- which is why I got them. There is very little visual interference from the frame. I'd say coverage is about 90-92%. They are very light and do not slide around at all on moderately aggressive trails with rocks and roots, etc. You can get mtb specific glasses, but I'm afraid they are all too ridiculous looking for my taste. I prefer something that has at least a little cross-over into social settings. For an active wear sport glasses, I find these do the trick.
