great toddler socks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had problems with customer service not getting back to me (because the smaller size did not fit). But they resolved the issue! Strongly recommend.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RESPOND

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered three three-packs of socks for our toddler. One pack for this year and two for next. The pack for this year, which was supposed to be his actual size, is socks that are far too small. I have contacted customer support three times to initiate a return and nobody has answered. The socks are fine but the non-responsiveness of customer support means we will NEVER purchase from Smartwool again.

Was hoping for a thicker sock

I listened to those who posted reviews earlier and got the bigger size for my little one. They fit well but are thinner than I thought. Was hoping for a warm & thick smartwool sock. Our pack also came with one sock that had a hole in it, so I will be reaching out to backcountry for a return,

Like other reviews have mentioned, these toddler socks are very thin and slick. My kiddo will fall if trying to play on the hardwood floors. However, they are perfect for helping his little block feet slide into any pair of shoes or boots. He also sleeps in them. They stay in place and I think they do keep his feet warm despite their thin feel. I will be buying more.

Very cute, but very light weight

They crook great, they?re made well, but I?ve been doubling them up to keep my toddler?s feet warm in cold New England weather. Wish they were heavier weight.

I bought the 3T size for my tall 2 yr old, and they would barely fit a 6 month old! I should?ve read these other reviews. They are a cute design and good quality, so will give to a friend because it?s not worth it to send them back :(

Too small & no grip

Read the review but purchased anyway since there were just two reviews. These socks are way too small. They don’t fit our 2 year old and there is no grip so they are very slippery. Our kiddo slipped immediately when trying them on. Additionally, they are different sizes in the same box (see photos). The socks are high quality and we love smart wool, but will be purchasing other wool socks for our kiddo as they don’t have the toddler socks dialed.
