A constant companion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some variation of the Lid for much of the last two decades and it is my constant PNW laying companion. In fall/winter/spring I wear it alone or under a hood, and in summer I always have it for cool evenings or nights of tentless camping. Comortable, durable, functionally sytlish...all around goodness. I sometimes lose it and always replace it immediately. This latest model is ever so slightly too large, but I'm going to choose to not feel aggrieved about that and just be thankful to have an otherwise great beanie.

My constant companion

One or the other is my year-round companion in the PNW: in fall/winter/spring I wear it alone or under a hood and in the summer I keep it handy for cool evenings or tentless nights. Simple, but stylish, moderately warm, reasonably priced...can't go wrong.

Size is much larger than expected.
