Lost a household of customers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new pair came torn at the seam because the thread wasn't properly sewed.. I've purchased over 40 pairs on the website and I haven't need to customer service.. there's no hotline, just email and it takes 3-4 days to respond to your email. You gotta jump through hoops to get new socks. I'm done..
