BUYERS BEWARE " BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICE
Buyer's beware!!! BAIT AND SWITCH practice... I Recently ordered this smart wool women's top online at a sales price of $38.98.
Received a confirmation email that the sale went through and it would be shipped to me within 2 days. On 1/24/2017 I called Backcountry to find out why I did not receive the item and was told that they could not find it in the store even though it is showing the item online at a much higher price. I did ask if I could get another color for the same sales price and was told NO. Also, the company did not even have the courtesy to notify me that the item was not available.... definitely NOT a satisfied customer. : (
If I knew Back Country operates unethically, I would have gone to Sierratrading.com or another similar retailer and gave them my business instead. Such a shame and I hope other potential customers aren't getting played as well! Very disappointed.
Light and warm!!
Great combination to wear it with a Jacket if your are outside is good enough to keep you warm!!
Comfy everyday sweater
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: XS
I love this sweater. I like the hood and comes in handy when it's chilly but not too cold out. I bought it last year in hibiscus heather and loved the color (the photo on the site doesn't do it justice, in my opinion). I just bought it in black, because how can you go wrong with that!
this looks like a great merino wool base layer for snowboarding. the arms look a little tight. im 5'2" 110lbs, do you think i could wear a layer underneath and still have movement in a size small?
