My Boy Scout loves SmartWool baselayer
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- True to size
I purchased these for my Boy Scout to wear at Winter Camp, he is normally a shorts-only guy but had to consider other options with unusually low temperatures. He loves these bottoms, this baselayer kept him warm during the day with highs in the low 40s during the day and down to the low teens in the evenings. Big thumbs up!

My boys LOVE them
Have 3 boys and they all love these! They are super soft and I have machine washed on gentle cycle with Woolite and then 'low heat' dried. I have also hand washed and air dried. Both worked great! I would recommend these for a great base layer the will help keep you warm and dry!! My 7 year old has taken to sleeping in them, and he used to refuse to wear anything to bed. That's how comfortable and temperature regulating they are!

Washable wool! Fantastic!
Keeps warm and easy to wash - just throw in the washing machine when my son gets it dirty. And it's 100% wool! Love it.

- I've used it several times
I love this bottom. It is soft and warm. Washing is easy and stays in shape after the washing. Now my whole family has the top and bottom. Must have for winter sports.

I bought these for my 3 sons to wear under their ski pants. It kept them nice & warm through hours of snowboarding in temps in the low 20's F.
