Warm, Light, and Functional Base Layer

I've used this base layer for casual, and I've used it in the mountains while backpacking. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and would buy another one. I'm 6'6" and 220lbs. I ordered a large. The sleeves and body are long enough. I wish it were more fitted for more rigorous activities, but it is a solid piece of gear.

Excellent fit and comfort

I'm 5'10" 155lbs and the Medium is an excellent fit. Material is very comfortable and the thumb loops are appreciated. This is not the base layer version of the Merino 250 so it fits more like a slim-fit long sleeve shirt. For the sale price this can't be beat

Great mid-layer

Love this! I wear this with a vest on brisk fall days mountain biking, and carry it in my back pack on long cold mountain bike rides to throw on under my jacket and over my Patagonia 9 trails MTB shirt for the downhill after long uphills. Very light weight and yet warm and good looking mid-layer.
