Petites Needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality, but too long. Petites please?

Wool all the way!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lace look of this baselayer! I spend most of my summer in the mountains as a wilderness cook and these are great for those colder mornings. I would recommend merino wool over any other type of baselayer. I can go a few days wearing these and the natural wicking and odor resistance is so much better than a synthetic product.

tight and a bit long but the design is amazing
Super cute with wool shorts, skirts and dresses! It's also a great bottom layer for winter hiking, the lace structure makes it extra breathable. Only used it for one fall/winter season, so I don't know how it will hold up. So far they've been great. The sizing is weird. I'm 5'6" and they are too long. I'll shorten them one of these days. My usual size is S and I always need an M with Smartwool. More colors please!!! I love all the lace base layers.

Cozy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cozy base layer that does the trick. I love lounging around the house in them.

Not a good choice
I own numerous products from Smartwool and they are truly wonderfu! The lace base layer is the first and only only disappointment. They are thin and itchy.

Good product, but Smartwool does have better ones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several other pairs of Smartwool base layer bottoms of different weights that I love, as well as some merino lace base layer tops that I also love (5 stars for all of the others). Even though I bought the same size as my other Smartwool bottoms, the waist on these is not quite as comfy - it's a bit more rigid-feeling and less stretchy, if that makes sense - hence the 4-star rating. I'll keep them and wear them happily, but will probably stick to other weight bottoms for future orders.

Impulse purchase that really worked!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first pair of these spur of the moment (traveling!) thinking I might need a warmer layer for sleeping for a trip. I wore them every night. They keep their shape, not too heavy, very comfortable. I recently bought a second pair just to have on hand. They have the lattice pattern, kind of see through, but fine around camp. I'd wear them under a skirt for sure.
