Breathable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another balaclava but I love this one! It feels thinner so it takes up less space but is warmer than my other one. It's also breathable through the nose so i never feel the need to bring it down my nose other than to eat lunch. #sweepstakes

I would recommend this to anyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your Merino Balaclava is great. It's very well made. It is very comfortable. I am wearing it for bicycling this fall to keep warm and comfortable during my average 50 mile rides. It has been even better than I expected.

A balaclava I'll always pack.
I found this balaclava to be exceptional with a good high brow fit; permitting your helmet and goggles to work less extraneous material on the forehead. The engineered fabric porosity around mouth and nose easily expelled vapor and condensation. Well designed and thought out piece I'll always pack during cold months. Happy to also see a color choice other than black.

Buy this product.
Great product. Very comfortable. It's engineered for a much better fit than other balaclavas that I have used in the past. The intraknit fabric has excellent moisture wicking and is warm. I would highly recommend this product.

Wet and cold
I have a lot of Smartwool base layers and thought I'd try this balaclava for skiing in Vermont in freezing temps. This product is awful. It doesn't wick moisture, so the whole mouth/nose area gets wet very quickly, just from breathing. It also stays wet. The knit around the mouth and nose is incredibly rough. The mouth and nose area do not comfortably move under the chin when you need a break to eat or talk. I would say this is like skiing with a wet , frozen, rough washcloth across your face. I had to take it off halfway through the day because it was so awful. I filed a claim to get my money back. I will never wear this again.

Great bit of ski kit!
I have used this a couple of times when skiing, and it's great! I was out yesterday in single digit temps, and it was warm and comfortable. It is also thin and light enough that it easily folds up in my inside jacket pocket when I don't need it. It fits well under my helmet, slides over my head to serve as a neck warmer only, and it is easy to breath through when pulled up over my mouth and nose. #sweepstakes

Comfy & warm
Good fit on my face but I wish I could pull the face cover down more conveniently when I don't need it. It gives me a triple chin when I pull it down, so plan on wearing it over your face the whole time.
