    Runs small

    • Fit: Runs small

After reading reviews about how small they ran, glad I ordered up a few sizes. My daughter is 14 months and size 3 shoe, we ordered them in a 3T size and they just fit. But great sock, just order larger size.

    Runs a size small

    • Fit: Runs small

These are nice and warm, but they do start out about a size small and can shrink a bit after washing.
Because these are a "baby sock" fit, we also found that we needed to size up to the toddler sock as our little guy would just kick these off.

Infant Merino Socks? Yup & They're Great

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 6M
    • Height: 2'13"
    • Weight: 27lbs

Was really surprised at the Smartwool Bootie Batch as the provided my younger (6 months) son with some really comfy socks that have a great size range. They also have a really matchy and pleasing colorway. Not super sure on how the merino will do with the skin of other kids but my boy never has an issue with irritation. Like father like son, we both rock merino!

Cutest baby socks ever, warm too!

Got these socks for my one year old daughter. My wife and I wear all smart wool socks so we just had to get some for our daughter Stella. They fit great and actually stay on her feet! We love the look and the thickness is perfect! If you have a little one you must get them some smart wool socks

nothing but the best for the little guy

if you want your little guy or gal to stay warm get these socks, they are super soft and look great as they are rocking these around town.

Infant to Toddler winter staple 0-24mos

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Infant 0-12mos Toddler 12-24mos

Smartwool is exactly that .. smart, wool, well made, quality materials, lots of stretch, indestructable, insulating, wash well. Newborn wore them easily to 18-24 months, since I also bought toddler size; wore those until last winter (age 3). We never put them in the dryer, still, on several occasions over the 3 years of use I took a pair of scissors and snipped off a small amount of pilling. Voila! look like new again. Wear smartwool adult products as well. Recommend and will continue to purchase without hesitation.

      Super Cute!

Some friends of ours recently had a daughter and were very new to Utah. Her first Utah winter was coming up and I knew she would need something warm and cuddly. SmartWool is a great brand so I went straight for these. They haven't disappointed. She may have grown out of them, but she was never able to go through them.

      Cool socks dude

My nephew has these bad boys and he looks rad. He can't walk yet but he looks good as he lays there and kicks his feet around and everyone compliments them. As far as I'm concerned, these socks have made him popular so I would recommend this to anyone else who would like similar treatment!

Great gift for the little ones

        • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

You really can't go wrong with Smartwool, all the way down to their infant line. These things are warm as can be and have even been referred to as booties. That means they are durable enough to almost call a slipper, or whatever it is that infants/toddlers wear on their feet. As you can probably tell, I gave these guys as a gift. The 'rents love them - and that's because baby loves his cozy feet!

Great socks, but these run really small

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
        • Fit: Runs small

These socks are really nice - soft, stretchy, and warm. These are much warmer than standard cotton socks, which really helps our little one fend off the winter chill. The only problem that I've had with these is that they run really small. I ordered these in the 6M size for my daughter who just turned 2 months old. The socks are way too short for her, both in terms of the foot length and how far up her legs they go. Our little one has some pretty big paws, but these look like they're sized more for a Chihuahua than for a human.

        Best Baby Socks

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
        • Fit: True to size

Love'em. Super warm for baby tootsies. They do start to pill after awhile. I use the small ones as gloves now that they don't fit on the feet!

        warm toes

        • Height: 6'0"

Great baby socks. My kid has fat feet so they come off easily when he pulls on them. But, when they're on they look good. Thicker, and good quality.

        Favorite baby socks ever

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
        • Fit: True to size

I bought these as a gift for a friend, after I was gifted a pair for my daughter last year. These were by far our favorite socks for her. They fit very well, stayed on, and just felt so much warmer than other socks. They also didn't ever seem too tight, never leaving any marks on her ankles. I would 100% recommend these.

        Great Baby Gift

Smartwool is an amazing brand and the quality shows throughout all their products including their baby line. I've given these booties as gifts to many little ones in my life and I have defiantly found that these socks often are "shoes" for babies!

          Unanswered Question

Is the "natural" color gender neutral? Looking for a gift and I want to order these but unsure of gender of baby to be!

          Thank you Aimee

          Unanswered Question

The booties say the are a 2 pack so do they come with a pair of each color shown or are these booties made to be miss matches?

Why are some of these booties offered in...

Why are some of these booties offered in 6mo, some in 12mo and some in 6-12mo. I am wanting to give these as a gift but unsure what size to get. The infant is almost 6 months old and big for his age. One review said that the socks run large and other reviews stated that the socks were hard to keep on. ( I think that is common with most children and most socks. However, these are super soft.) Help anyone?
