    Stay salty.

You didn't get a reputation of being a bonefish master by telling everyone at the fly shop your top-secret spots—you paid your dues, kept tight-lipped about the best flats, and were always willing to stay out as long as it took to get into fish. The Simms Men's VaporTread Salt Boots share your appetite for brine with a saltwater-specific construction and comfort-oriented fit to prevent your dogs from howling after a long day sight fishing to tailing bones (not that you'd ever complain about that). They have a partial neoprene lining and their upper is composed of a synthetic leather with TPU coated textile panels. All hardware on the boots are anti-corrosive, and their sole is an aggressively lugged Vibram rubber for reliable traction and a long-lasting construction.

    Sick Boots

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have only tried these boots once but they are sick! I love them because they look like a normal shoe. these are salt water boots which means they are made stronger to hold up against the coral, but I Use them for normal fishing these absolutely need to be broken in since they are made so stiff but they do break in so don't worry... also you can use the how ever you please you don' t have to use them in salt water only!

These boots seem to have a design flaw. They painfully dug into both ankle bones no matter how I laced them. If you have your heart set on buying these boots, I suggest wearing them around the house for a good while before you take them fishing.
