Neoprene adds a bit of extra insulation to keep your foot warm underwater, while synthetic leather conforms to your foot's unique shape and withstands the abrasion of underwater obstacles. The felt sole grips slimy surfaces underwater and out, and has a full-length stud retention plate in case you want to add extra traction points.
