It helps support your foot if your ankle rolls to one side, doesn't completely fix that but is better.

Helps ease foot pain!

Tried multiple boot inserts to help with foot pain (possibly a heal spur) that makes it difficult to walk/wade. These inserts work the best.

Could use a bit more information

As someone who likes extra arch support these look really interesting, I just wish there was any information at all aimed at women. Generally things sized for men are a bit too wide in the heel for me. And as someone right on the cusp between your men's S and M sizes, it would be really helpful to know what guidance you would give for women's sized wading boots.

Arch support comfort and stability

Used once yesterday with >1 mile hike in to the stream. Made a great difference in comfort to have the arch support. I was surprised that it seems to improve stability on the cobblestone stream bed.

Worth it!

These definitely improve foot comfort and longevity of fishing on hard substrates. Inexpensive and worth the minor investment in your feet!

For someone that is on the water more than 200 days my feet and comfort is extremely important. Used them and found I’m not as sore.

A God-send For Winter Steelheading

These things are a god-send for winter steelheading, and make the swing, cast, step, and repeat a comfortable endeavor. I will usually run two pairs of wading boots and will be buying a pair of these for each. Thanks for offering these Simms!
