Save your money
Not impressed with the xxl fit. Cuffs are loose and very short. Label and loops hang out. Comfort is decent, but the design needs improvement. Looks like they were never ‘tested’ for fit before going into production. Good idea, poor product outcome.

These things are classy . Best in dry conditions since the merino is pretty lightweight . Want to impress your friends on a late season upland hunt ? Try these puppies

Great gloves!
These gloves pack a ton of warmth into a small package. When I got them I thought they felt a bit thin, but the merino wool is ridiculously warm! Love how flexible they are, water-repellent, and the fold back finger and thumb are all amazing.

Very dissapointed
Awful. Did not make it through my first day out without blowing out in the thumb and index finger. I am currently in alaska guiding. My brand new gortex jacket(bulkley) i just bought allowed the rain in with ease. I am very disappointed with these two products right now and hope we can work something out as i am guiding full time and do not have the opportunity to fly into town to ship these back out. Please contact me with the steps that need to be taken. I need gear that will hold up. I cant be soaked within the first hour of a trip.

Quality lightweight glove
These are really nice gloves. Great for those nippy mornings. Love the way they are thin enough to stuff in a coat pocket without adding too much bulk. Anything below 35-40 though, and I’m looking for something warmer. Craftsmanship, including the finger cutouts = superb!

Disappointed in Simms!
The fit and dexterity of the gloves are great and they are very comfortable. But after one day of bass fishing the right thumb tore open. The index finger started to do the same thing. Did not expect this from Simms. I have several items from Simms and never had this problem. For the price, I am very disappointed. Maybe Simms will replace them. I would not recommend the glove unless you were going to use them to do nothing.
