Freestone Chest Pack

Like most of Simms products this pack is designed simply, thoughtfully and very well. It is comfortable to wear and my stuff is easy to access and located where I think it should be. Build quality is exceptional as well. Highly recommend!

No instructions on straps

The straps are confusing no instructions, which is weird, but nice bag

Nice pack

Good size but the straps could used a padded section for around the neck it’s a bit uncomfortable when fully loaded. Other than that quality is nice as you’d expect from Simms.

Great Little Pack

Great little pack. There is more room than one would think by just looking at it. I use it for creek trips that I have to take a back pack on. Works great!

Freestone Chest Pack

Fantastic pack. Perfect amount of space for a day wading trip. Being from Michigan we will typically change presentations throughout the day. Drys in the morning, nymphs and streamers through the day, and big drys or even mice at night. I like a pack that I can carry everything I need for the day but also a pack that’s not to big or bulky. Easy access to everything needed. Seems like the bigger the pack, the more we carry that’s unneeded. Another great feature is the multiple different ways this pack can be worn. I love packs that have the ability to connect direct to your wader straps

Would love to give this 5 stars

Love the size and amount of storage for minimalist gear needs. Would gladly give it 5 star except that the zipper on the workstation/fly garage section ALWAYS catches on material inside the compartment when trying to unzip, which results in a necessary 2 handed tug of war to get it opened. Really frustrating for sure. Also the elastic on the floatant velcro is not adjustable so not every bottle will stay firmly held.
