Good product. Very warm and long lasting. The gathered ankles are ideal for base layering.

Fjord pants for the coldest of wading conditions.

I steelhead fish all Winter in Michigan and staying warm is the all important consideration. These Fjord's keep me superbly insulated from the extremely cold water. I wear a pair of warm boxer shorts underneath and I'm good to go. Comfortable and warm!

Was pleasantly surprised when I first wore these. With Alaskan glacial water layers are a must. With a light pair of long john's and my Simms Fjord pants I stay warm and toasty all day. Definitely a positive recommendation.

Absolutely love these pants they’re comfortable and most importantly of all they are warm,I haven’t had a chance to wear them under waders yet but just kicking around in them, town and home better than jeans only thing I would change would be to add a back pocket zippered and zippers added to the front pocket,maybe offer a cargo pant style down the road I would seriously consider a second pair for backup also Ive washed them once and no piling as of yet.

Yes sir these are awesome for wade fishing all day in 33 degree water. It’s nice to only have one layer on that keeps you perfectly warm when you aren’t moving much. They would be too hot if you were too active in them. They are pricey but worth it if winter steelhead is your thing. -MT guide

I’ve tried every layering system, base layer, insulated pant in the market and nothing is as warm as these pants.

Great in or out of the water.

Very warm and very comfortable. I also wear them around the house and to walk the dog in sub-20 degree weather. They seem to run true to size but I have a 30" inseam so they are a little long. May take them to the tailor to address that and remove a little of the bulk under the waders. Would buy them again in a minute.
