Great comfortable fit!!

Fit is perfect! Haven’t used in the rain as of yet but it blocks the wind and water spray from wind very well! Definitely recommend this product!!

This is my go to everyday coat. I love the durability and room! I’m a big guy but still have plenty of room for layers underneath the coat. As per usual, Simms has outdone themselves.

Second challenger jacket for a reason

Great jacket! A medium fits me perfectly at 5’10” & 170lbs. This is my second challenger-first one flew out of the boat. It was three years old and immaculate. Recommend👍

Great jacket

This is a great jacket. I've worn it in some heavy weather and the material plus shape combine to keep water out really efficiently. Highly recommend.

Great Jacket

Bought this for my son for Christmas, it fits nicely, and I’m sure will get the job done, as I know the challenger line will take care of you in bad weather. It’s not Goretex, but like all other breathable/waterproof materials, you have to give them proper maintenance, take care of them and they’ll take care of you- no matter the price point. Some stuff does last longer than others, and outperforms other items, but it doesn’t take away the fact that it works. You are definitely going to have a windproof jacket with this, layer like you would without rain/snow precipitation in the winter, and throw on this shell. It will cut the wind for you. Enjoy!

Zipper color is not red!!!

This is easily a 5 star jacket! I’m very happy with it and it looks amazing. My only reasoning for giving this 4 stars is because the jacket as advertised has a little red zipper on the front pocket. The zipper I got on my jacket was black. It’s very minor and maybe not a concern for others, however, I personally think the red zipper looks great and that’s what I was expecting to receive. Other than that, no complaints at all, I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Good quality jacket, neck and hood could use improvement.

Jacket is of good quality however the neck of it is small in diameter so it is tight. It's also very long, I can't zip it up all the way without it bunching up. The hood when rolled up has only one hold down strap in the middle so the ends of the hood flap around when in the rolled up position. Other than that, it has a liner which is a plus. The fit is good. I'm usually in between xl and xxl and a xl fit fine. And I also the like the color.

great jacket. great weight for the summer time, but also easy to layer underneath it for when it gets really cold

Excellent Rain Protection

I've worn it through several hard rains. It works really well. The hood and secondary collar are well thought out. So far good value.
