I fished with this gator for 1 week in the Indian Ocean fishing for Bones, Permit and GT's plus. Fit snug, wasn't hot and I was able the breath through it just fine. When a bit high above the nose it can fog glasses but anything will. Move it down a bit helps. Loved it. Buffs just need constant adjusting.

Seems to keep the insects from biting through the buff. That's a great thing.

No burn no bites

Did great in Alaska in warm, sunny weather. Didn’t get burned and didn’t get bit. Wicked dry fast.

For a lady angler that’s afraid of bugs and sun wrinkles, this bugstopper sun gaiter definitely did the trick! Kept the bugs off my headspace, protected my face/neck from wrinkle inducing sun exposure, environmentally adaptable, breathable and kept me cool. Thanks Simms!

The bugs don’t bother me no more, they come in and check you out and leave !!

Another necessity when fishing the north lands. Great to have sun and bug protection all wrapped into one.

Too Small

I've had this all summer now and here are my issues: My sunglasses still fog up and it's because the holes are too small to let air through and it's too tight on my head. One size does not fit all. I don't understand why these aren't offered in larger sizes, it doesn't have to be tight to protect you from the sun. It's so frustrating, especially when it's blazing hot out and you need the protection from the sun. Please make them in larger sizes.

BugStopper Sun Gaiter

The BugStoper works great as I'm often out in the early evenings on the Indian River. They are lightweight so wearing them for extended times is not an issue. My only complaint is I haven't been able to order more. They sell out too fast.

Fits perfect, and I have a huge melon head. Kept all the no seems off my head and face during a heavy spinner fall on the Elk River in WV. Great product

Fits great and blocks the sun well. I’ll get back to you after my Alaska trip about the bug repellent.
