The cable kinds and stops working

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Just like hottronic, the cable is made for very very tall people. It is way too long, so it gets kinked and then stops working after way too short a time. I've had mine for less than a year and this happened to me on the coldest day. Of course it was a 12" powder day, but I couldn't stay out for more than one run at a time so I was so bummed! Not reliable - you never know when they are going to stop working.

Nice and small

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

I appreciate the small size and lighter weight of these battery packs. Ultimately I decided to go with the Thermic instead because I could change the heat settings to make them last longer (up to 13 hrs). But in reality, 6 hours should be more than enough for a single day of skiing, so I've found myself wondering if I should have kept these instead because the smaller battery size seems much more desirable.
