Clockwork.
Few names in the industry are as synonymous with trickle down as Shimano. It seems every few years, the top models—XTR and Dura-Ace—are revisited with drastic improvements. And, sure as you can count on the Japanese components to work with the precision of a Swiss watch—those improvements pass on to the XTs, Ultegras, 105s, and SLXs like clockwork. The SLX M7000 1x Groupset is a case in point, incorporating many the features formerly reserved for XTR and XT so we privateers and self-sponsored racers can enjoy the timely shifting and braking that have made Shimano the largest cog in the components machine.
In addition to receiving its 11th cog, SLX M7000 also got Shimano's Shadow RD+, which helps ensure that your chain stays in place. That tenacity is reinforced up front by a one-by crank whose teeth are designed with a similar mission: hold onto the chain at all costs. The brakes also get the XT treatment, a move we're particularly pleased with since XT M8000 brakes have long sat atop our list of hydraulic disc systems. SLX now includes the Servo Cam mechanism, which better modulates braking forces for more precise control over scrubbing speed. The result is a groupset designed for the beat-'em-up biking of ever-more-capable trail machines and slacker-still enduro sleds.

Affordable and efficient
This are great for general XC use.
Is the boost option the correct choice for a 2016 Ibis Ripley 29"? Looking to replace the SRAM NX 1x setup currently on that bike? Could you link me to the correct BB as well?
Can I get the 175mm 30tooth package with a 11-46 tooth cassette
We don't have this package with an 11-46t cassette but we have the 11-46t cassette available separately under part number SHI00C1.
Can I get this build kit with center lock disc rotors so that they fit the SLX hubs?
Hey Mark - Yes, we can swap those out for you - no problem. We can either add a centerlock to 6 bolt adapter or swap in center lock rotors - we have 180 SLX or XT 160/180 rotors in stock right now. I'll give you a call today to try and connect.

Hi, i wouod like to know if this group set would work for my fat bike. Its a F@E 2015, that you guys sold long time ago. I think it is this one. https://www.the-house.com/qsefae15mbk15zz-se-bikes.html
Thank you
Hi Albert,
Most of these components would work, but the crank is not properly spaced for a fat bike frame. You'd need something like this: https://www.competitivecyclist.com/race-face-turbine-fat-bike-crank-arms-rcf003l?s=a
Let me know if you have any other questions,
