I recently used these for Haute Route Asheville. I was worried because my old shoes were causing so much pain in the balls of my feet. With these, I was able to ride 186 miles and climb almost 20000 ft with no pain. The only thing is they seem a little big, I wear a 10.5 and purchased size 43, I may have been able to fit into a 42.

If the shoe fits...
These shoes are narrow in the heel, pretty wide in the forefoot, and decent in instep height. The finishing is so good that I forgot socks and rode 90 minutes barefoot without any problem. That's a first!
