Two-year packages include two services and three-year packages include three, with each code redeemable anytime within the contract period. The E-Bike Silver Package sends a certified technician to velofix corporate service areas**, runs a full safety inspection of the frame, fork, components, and torque settings, lubes the chain, wipes down the frame and components, adjusts shifters and derailleurs for clean engagement, sets brake levers and calipers for confident stopping, makes minor wheel adjustments, checks external electrical connections, and completes a post-service test ride before they leave. However you ride, and whatever your e-bike needs, velofix makes sure it's ready when you are.
