As the top of Selle Italia’s SP-01 Boost range, the Boost Kit Carbonio Superflow features the same short-fit shape and suspension link movement, paired with carbon rails for a lightweight road racing saddle.
The Boost Kit Carbonio’s frame design allows independent flexing of the left and right sides of the saddle. This allows the saddle to more comfortably support the alternating movements of your hips while pedaling, without compromising stability during more intense efforts. Selle’s Superflow central cutout relieves perineal pressure and improves blood flow to the area, helping to reduce numbness or pain on long days in the saddle.

I know saddle fit is very personal. But here is my review anyway. I have ridden a neutral saddle such as the Fizik Arione for years, I switched to the version of that saddle that had a "relief channel" which helped with some of the discomfort I would experience on long rides (>80 miles). I then moved to the Shimano Pro Stealth since I wanted a slightly shorted saddle and it had a rather pronounced relief opening as well. I still use that saddle on my CX bike, but I found that it rubbed my inner thigh a bit and actually let to some unusual wear of my bib shorts at the chamois. So for my road bikes, I have switched to the Selle Italia SP-01 Boost saddle as it has everything I am looking for in a relatively neutral saddle. It is short nosed, has a big relief opening, doesn't wear my shorts at all, and has the added independent movement of the left and right halves of the saddle which makes it super comfortable on long rides even in the drops. I find it has good power transfer and I can ride all day without any discomfort.
