This is NOT the product shipping today!
I agree the super concentrated product is worth 5 stars and that is why I ordered 3 bottles. What arrived today is NOT super concentrated. Picture of product on website says Super Concentrated while the product shipped to me says Wilderness Wash and is much more liquid that the Super Concentrate product. If you are planning an extended thru hike, this is not the product you want. I am very disappointed.

Good for you, good for the earth
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I usually use dr. bronners, but no longer. Sea to Summit soap is affordable and super concentrated so you don't have to buy a huge amount. It's biodegradable so good for mother earth, and it's unscented, which I enjoy. Plus, you can use it for everything, hair, body, hands, dishes, and clothes. I'm a fan. Like Laura says though, be mindful that just because it is biodegradable does not mean it should be used near bodies of water, nor dumped out in a concentrated mess. Follow LNT values even when working with biodegradable materials.

So Fresh and So Clean
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Unscented, biodegradable, super concentrated, and cleans well. What more could you ask for in a soap for camp clean up? As others have mentioned, a little goes a long way. If you're looking to save weight and space, definitely buy the smaller size bottle, as it will be more than enough for a quick trip for a single person.

Scrub a Dub Dub
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This soap is the bomb. A little goes a loooooonnnnggggg way. It's highly concentrated, so no exaggeration when I say that a little goes a long way. Be mindful of Leave No Trace - this product is biodegradable, but is not meant to be used in lakes, streams, rivers (sorry to crush your Herbal Essences shampoo dreams). Pro tip - a tiny, folding travel toothbrush is perfect for dipping in the bottle and scrubbing dirty pots/pans/sporks/etc. A tiny bottle and many uses make this a backpackers dream

Make your eye doctor proud
This soap is a game changer -- I won't take my contacts out unless my hands are clean. You only need to use a small amount of this soap and a little water -- no excuses for sleeping in your contacts in the backcountry again.

You Need This
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This soap is great and it lasts forever (You only need a tiny bit of it to clean anything) As mentioned in previous reviews, this isn't for use in a river, stream or lake--it's used to clean your hands and any camping dishes/materials away from a water source. It's a nice addition to your camping supplies. It's compact size makes it easy to bring along backpacking as well.

You need less than you think.
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This is what I would consider the best backcountry soap option. I have done the classic thing and used bronner's as well but I feel like being unscented allows this to be used for more cleaning duties, and trust me there are always more cleaning duties. This stuff really is as concentrated as it says so take it easy! I made one 3oz bottle go almost the entirety of the John Muir Trail and the dishes were never put away dirty. DO NOT PUT THIS DIRECTLY IN THE WATER This is not what biodegradable means. Please for the love of all that is holy do not put this in streams, rivers, and lakes. This is not responsible LNT practices and effectively negates the purpose of this soap. You need to take this at least 100 ft away from a water source to do your cleaning and then effectively spread the waste water around when you are done. Better even if you can bury it though in most areas it is not required. Just don't think it is safe to go straight in the water supply as it is just as harmful in some ways as none biodegrable soap to the ecology of our waterways. LEAVE NO TRACE!

The soap itself works surprisingly well and the bottle is durable and packs easily. Great for both your hands and dirty dishes.

Stay clean my friends
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This is such a small bottle of soap but well worth it. This is great for backpacking. Use it to wash of my dirty hands before eating some delicious grub. I like that this is okay for the environment. Also, the worst thing when camping is not washing your cup and then you need to use it again and have to scrub it super hard. Clean it right away with this scrub at ease. Dirty grim left on dishes is the worst! Don't be that person buy this for mad cheap! Sea to Summit is a great brand!

Works well and no scent
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This basically was my shower for 4 days in the back country. That and some clean wipes and dry shampoo. This works really well for hair and cleaning your camp dishes. I wouldn't say it does too well on your body, though. It doesn't really get the stink out (as tmi as that sounds). So I would try to carry some good wilderness wipes as well so you can try to keep yourself clean.

This biodegradable soap is awesome for cleaning anything you need while your 'on the trek'. It looks small but you really don't need that much because its concentrated. At this price, it doesn't really make sense not to get some.

Wilderness wash is the only soap I bring into the backcountry. Great for washing dishes or a frigid river bath. Nice to have something completely biodegradable!

What's the difference between this multi-purpose wash and the Trek & Travel body wash? As in can I use this Wilderness wash on my body too (I see it mentions ok to use on my head)? Or do I really need both?
