Great for Organization!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

These sacks are pretty sweet. I have multiple in the M (9L) size that stack perfect in my HMG Southwest 3400 pack, and keep my sleeping bag, clothes, and tent all organized. The fabric is highly water resistant so I never worry about my items getting wet if set on wet ground or taken out of the pack in the rain. These sacks are also pretty durable and have lasted years of abuse.

Good bag!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I got this to replace the stuff sack from my Marmot Limelight 4P tent because it had a rip and the XXL/30L was a perfect fit!

Nice upgrade

I got these to replace some crummy stuff sacks that came with my bivy bag, my sleeping pad, etc. I am quite pleased with these sacks, the mouth is nice and wide which makes it much easier put slip items in. Durability and color variety is also pretty great.

Nice bag!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I bought this to store a 10x14 sun shade that I use during dog tracking competitions to keep my vehicle from getting too hot (it's part of a multi-step process to keep my dog safe - and he's NEVER alone in the car). It fits perfectly, isn't bulky, and tightens up nicely.

Best Way To Keep Your Pack Organized!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

These things are absolutely the best way to stay organized on your camping or backpacking trip. I started with the XXS for my headlamp, pocket knife, lighter, etc. and XS for my JetBoil MiniMo and fuel canister. Grabbed the next two sizes up for my mess kit/cooking supplies and larger gear. Could not be happier and I definitely recommend making these a necessity for your pack.

Cheap and functional

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

The 9L(m) fits my Marmot 15 degree sawtooth bag perfectly. Cheap and functional. Can't ask for more.

Durable

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've had one of these in the small size for years, that used to perfectly hold a full-size down pillow. Now I use it as my Uh-oh kit bag, that holds things like a Voile strap, multi tool, flint/magnesium strip, lighter, DEET, etc. It gets tossed around, stuffed into the pack, and keeps on kicking. I just ordered another one in XS, that will replace my size small as the Uh-oh bag, so the small can go back to pillow duty.

Great sacks

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I have several of these for puffy jackets that can't be stuffed in a pocket. The 4L size is perfect for full jackets and pants. The 2.5 is great for vests. I really like how they come in different colors so I know which jacket or pants I am pulling out.

Perfect for an oddball use...

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I use these to keep the pressure tubing organized in my blower-door test bag. They are color-coded to the tubes and save countless tangles and frustration while providing lightweight protection from other stuff in the bag. I like the sizes (Small holds two 35' hanks of 1/4 ID poly tubing with room to spare), the colors match my needs (Red, Yellow, Green Blue), and I appreciate not having a lid floating around to get in the way when I load and unload. I was a bit worried the silicone might catch on the tubes, but it slides in and out just as easily as other stuff sacks with (for example) white interior coatings.

Jetboil Cozy

I use a Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil Stuff Sack (size xxs) to keep my Jetboil Ti stove and an extra 100g fuel cylinder tidy. After a meal on a recent trip, it began to rain and I slipped the Stuff sack over the assembled Jetboil to keep its neoprene sleeve and burner dry. Worked like a champ!

Fits my sleeping bag

I bought the 20L stuff sack after having an oversized stuff sack for a few years. I tend to stuff my sleeping bags into the bags tightly (my sleeping bag is closer to fitting in a 22L bag instead). The only thing I wish this had is a cover flap around the drawstring area. The next thing on the list is to see how all my stuff fits into my truck box....

Super light

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are just what I was wanting. Super light, and yet hold air when folded shut, so the 20 liter should be great at keeping water off my sleeping bag in the backpack, and the 4 liter is my new food bag. Just a heads up for those not familiar with the material: it is super light weight and must be protected against pokey things, or it will get holes and leak. Treated properly, I believe I'll get many years of good use from these.

You can never have too many of these!

They are light, strong, keeps your stuff dry and organized. I have so many to hold clothes, wet jackets, climbing gear, slack lines... you get the idea. For a size reference: the small holds 80 feet of 1" webbing, two 10 foot sections of 1" webbing, 4 carabiners and 2 rap rings. And there's still a little room to spare. A little more expensive than others but worth it in my opinion. I only wish we could choose the color.

Sea To Summit XS Ultra-Sil Stuff Rocks!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've been using the XS Ultra-Sil Stuff Sacks for years. I use one as a stuff sack for my "regular" Therm-A-Rest Prolite Pad (fits perfectly). I use another as a storage sack for my cook set (Jetboil Sol Ti, Jetboil spoon, extra Jetboil 100g fuel canister, plastic REI bowl). These stuff sacks are light (0.50 oz) and get the job done. What's not to like?!

Not what I thought....but it works

The only downfall to me about this product is when I looked at what was being advertised I thought I'd get around three stuff sacks, however when they came in the mail turns out you really only get ONE! Other than that the stuff sack that I did get was awesome when I used it for my clothes. I was really surprised at how much it could hold.

Does its job

Super light and strong. Sizes are probably a bit smaller than what you think. Just wish I could order specific colors.

Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil Stuff Sack

This is a great little stuff sack. It is nothing more or nothing less. It does what it is suppose to do. If you are looking for ultra light weight you may want to go with something else.

Decent product

Bought one of these for my first aid kit and toothbrush etc. on a hike through the White Mountains. The bag works great...that is it holds your stuff. But I found myself wondering why I didn't just stick my stuff in a Ziploc. Will work great if you want to color code stuff in your pack with all kinds of little bags, but essentially all it is is a glorified plastic bag.

G'Day noj - We're probably a little biased (after all, we are the manufacturer), but here are some points which we like about Sea to Summit UltraSil Stuff Sacks which we haven't noticed on Ziploc bags: - made of tough, siliconized Cordura fabric (will not snag like PE film) - available in sizes from 2.5 all the way to 30 Liters - equipped with a separately sewn-on drawcord channel; the opening of which is 180° away from the side seam. The drawcord doesn’t stress the seam - equipped with a hypalon tab with a die-cut karabiner hole to help you hold onto and hang up your stuff sack - available in 6 colors to help you sort your gear Check the Sea to Summit TV video below...
