The further you are from homebase, the more crucial it is to keep your money, ID, and passport in order. The low-profile, three-pocket Sea To Summit TravellingLight Neck Pouch securely stores these essential items with an adjustable neck strap, and keeps them dry thanks to the Ultra-Sil lining. Perfect Pocket

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought two of these to take on my trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It's not the absolute most dangerous place to be, but pick-pocketing was definitely a concern. These were SO CONVENIENT. We kept our cash, tickets, passports, and all the things in them. I think we should always have pockets conveniently placed in the center of our chests. :)

    Keep Your Goodies to Yourself!

I used this on my last big trip and found it to be extremely helpful for all of my important documents, money, and phone. I took a solo trip through San Pedro Sula, Honduras, currently known as the most dangerous city in the world. With a murder reported every hour and fifteen minutes, I was nervous to say the least. With this travel pouch, I could easily adjust the length of the dangle to ensure that it stayed comfortable with whatever I was carrying, as well as to keep everything that I needed out of site. The organizer comes with three separate slots. The first is a small pocket perfect for your credit cards, ID, or a small wad of cash. Behind that is the middle pocket which is the perfect height to perfectly conceal a US passport. The final and deepest pocket is the one closest to you when you are wearing the sling. It accommodated my IPhone 6s Plus which was something that I did not intend to use it for. I jumped over to a nearby Island called Utila where I was scuba diving every day. Here, I was wearing a swimsuit and everyone knows that most swimsuits have barely functional pockets, especially when it comes to holding a phone of that magnitude. This sling allowed me to easily transport my necessities without having to worry about carrying an overly cumbersome backpack. I would buy this over and over again and highly recommend it.

      Initial impressions...

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought one of these not knowing what to expect from southeast Asia, and didn't end up using it. My wife gave me a hard time for owning it in the first place but I was still set on using it, until I realized it wasn't necessary. I know one day I will find myself in a sketchy situation out of the country where I will put this bad boy to use and feel a whole lot better about it. There will be a time and a place!

      Great for traveling.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is an essential to keep your money and passport safe. It's discrete under your shirt and doesn't make you all sweaty. It has three big slots and a coin pouch.
