    Best Bug Net I've Used

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This bug net is definitely different than the rest. By far the best feature is the added collapsible pole. It doesn't add any weight or take up any space but it adds a ton of comfort and livability inside your hammock. This was the first year that I've had to deal with mosquitos while hammock camping and it was horrible. After one trip I tested out a variety of bug nets and this one was my favorite. I never wanted to use a bug net becuase it takes away from the freedom and openness of hammock camping, but when the bugs are bad there is no other option. This solved the problem of having bugs or the net in your face and actually had another added bonus, the net is strong enough that you can keep your extra layers, light, or book in the bottom of the net within arms reach. Worth the price!

    Unanswered Question

can it be use as a stand-alone? and if not are there any poles available for it?
