Best spontaneous purchase
I saw this at the store and bought it thinking it would be good for my back (I have lots of back issues). I didn't have high hopes because nothing else has really helped. Well, this was a huge surprise! It supports my back in just the right places. I love that it is easy to adjust the air so the pressure is perfect. It also packs down so small - my other pillows took up half my backpack. Highly recommend!

Saves my back
I bought this after a nasty lower back sprain a few months. It didn't cure my back sprain (it took a bunch of visits to the chiropractor to do that), but it makes sitting at my computer a whole lot more comfortable (maybe I should get away from the computer and outdoors more often...).

Good
The Lumbar pillow does a great job, when it stays in place. The thin strap does not fit all chairs and it seems poorly attached to the pillow, meaning it could easy rip off the pillow. Other than the strap, the pillow is a good fit and provide good support.

Lumbar pillow which adjusts to any seat
The Aeros™ Premium Lumbar Support Pillow fully satisfies my needs from a lumbar pillow. I really like the ease with which it can be inflated or deflated to make it fit perfectly with any seating situation.
