Almost Perfect...

Great item for the price & easy to install. Love the tacky feel and texture as it allows for great grip and they hold tight enough that I'm getting no rotation or slipping on the handlebar itself. It would be nice if there was a bit more thickness or padding for the heels of the hands but that is incidental as the heels only occasionally lay on tubular grips (i.e. without the heel wings).
