T4's are torture chambers for your feet

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The new Intuition liners in the T4's have several design defects that will rub the skin right off your feet at the inside of the heel. Our group bought 4 pairs, had them all heat fitted by a professional boot fitter and every one of us suffered severe heel pain, blisters and skin loss. Two other had bad shin pain. The rigid inside ridge in the heel cup is unforgiving and VERY painful. And the piping on the edges of the tongue curl and fold inward causing pain on your shin between your ankles. If you have a strictly alpine skiing background and are used to stiff painful, uncomfortable boots these might work for you but if you want some flex and comfort for backcountry skiing, these are not the boots for you.
